To activate your account, please enter your first name, last name, Date of Birth and email below. A confirmation number will be sent to your email address.

Online accounts are for members over 16 and heads of households. Accounts for children under the age of 16 must be activated through a parent’s account.

Note: If the email address does not match with the first and last name in our database, your Date of Birth will be required to activate your account.
